Dr Colagrande was appointed as a trainee, registrar level, in cosmetic surgery at the Cambridge Private Hospital on the 10/02/2000 until 01/06/2001. Dr Colagrande successfully completed the Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship training program at the Cambridge Private Hospital by the end of the year 2000.
Dr Colagrande is enthusiastic and demonstrated praiseworthy knowledge with a constant drive to learn. He involved himself with workshops and international cosmetic surgery conferences.
The cosmetic surgery fellowship has provided Dr Colagrande with a solid base for his future in cosmetic surgery. I am proud of all my Fellows that have trained with me over the years and I wish him well in all that he does.

I have known Dr Colagrande for two years; he has an extensive educational background including undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Australia and postgraduate surgery training in the UK. In the past year he involved himself in my service of cosmetic surgery at the Crown Hospital in Birmingham. We have a broad program, which covers all aspect of cosmetic surgery and performs about 2200 general anaesthetic cosmetic cases yearly.
I think the thing that strikes me most about Cesidio is his ambition and commitment to surgery and academics. I have known him during his training in Birmingham and even more as he worked with me day-by-day. He is an excellent surgeon and reliable person.

Dr Cesidio Colagrande, born in Australia and trained in Medicine and Surgery in Australia, has been continuing his postgraduate training in Plastic Surgery in England and in other European countries.
I met Dr Colagrande when he had just completed a Fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery. In the years I have had the opportunity to observe some of his surgery and results and I have been impressed by the quality of them. I have also admired his interest in learning from more senior surgeons.
Perhaps more importantly, I have found Dr Colagrande exquisitely courteous, professional and of a kind and caring nature.

I first met Dr Colagrande two years ago working as a fellow in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at a private hospital close to Cambridge, when in addition he held a position as an honorary fellow in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge.
Since that period I have had the opportunity on several occasions to watch him operate. His surgery is accurate and precise with consistently good results. He is compassionate towards his patients, especially in difficult cases. I can confirm that he is extremely reliable and committed to his work, as a colleague he is exceptionally cooperative and helpful.

I have known Dr Colagrande for almost one year. In that time I have anaesthetised for him on a number of general anaesthetic cases at the Highgate Private Hospital in London.
I work with a number of Consultant General and Plastic Surgeons and have had the opportunity to compare and comment on work performed by Dr Colagrande compared to other consultant surgeons. I found Dr Colagrande's surgical ability of a very high calibre. His technical skills in cosmetic surgery were precise, showing extreme accuracy and caution of the limitations of certain procedures. His dedication to cosmetic surgery was displayed by his continual efforts to teach other doctors and scrub nurses more about cosmetic surgery.
In the time I have known Dr Colagrande he has shown himself to be honest, respectful and of a courteous nature with patients. He interacted extremely well with staff and always spent time teaching staff and myself more about the procedures being performed.
I found it to be a delight working for Dr Colagrande. He showed extreme passion towards achieving an aesthetic result that the patient would be happy with.
